Caliber of the teams

Here are the different calibers that are offered in our events and tournaments; consult the tournament page to see the caliber(s) of the event in question.

This level is open to NHL or AHL players and former players.

This level is open to players and former players of professional or semi-professional hockey leagues such as the ECHL, LNAH or NCAA.

This level is open to players from elite junior hockey leagues such as the QMJHL, CHL or equivalent.

This level is open to players playing or having played in Junior AAA (Quebec) or Junior A (Ontario), Senior AAA or elite college level.

This level is open to players playing or having played in Junior AA or Senior Elite, or the equivalent.

The players are in excellent physical shape and have a very good knowledge of hockey.

This level is open to players playing or having played in AA or BB minor hockey. 

The players have good physical condition in general and a very good knowledge of hockey.

This level is open to players playing or having played in BB-CC minor hockey.

Players have average physical condition and sufficient hockey knowledge to support intense and fast-paced play.

This level is open to players who played single letter hockey in minor hockey or who are no longer physically fit to play at a higher level, even if they played AA-BB in minor hockey.

This is a recreational level where the competitive aspect is less important. Teams of a higher level that register in the E to dominate will be disqualified.
